Service Description
This path provides an in-depth consultation that will assess your current needs, review medical history, identify your current challenges, and answer any questions. Further options in this path will be offered for follow up care and communication based on the needs assessment from the initial consultation. This could include regular communication follow ups, attending MD visits with you, training caregivers, etc. This path is open to caregivers as well that are seeking assistance in guidance of caring for a loved one.
Cancellation Policy
To book an initial appointment, please contact me at mollyhenry@mystrideguide.com. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance online. If you are unable to change prior to 24 hours, please email me at mollyhenry@mystrideguide.com to notify me of the change. A $50 late cancellation or no show fee is present to allow me to best serve all of my clients with my limited time.
